Our Mission and Vision
Mwine Women Foundation Uganda is dedicated to uplifting women and children affected by HIV, cancer, epilepsy, and autism in Kasese district through medical support, skills training, and community empowerment.
Founded in response to the pressing needs of local women and children, MWFU emerged to provide essential support and resources for those battling illness and financial hardship.
